Sovereign Industrial Services LLC is a general construction company serving a veriety of states including Missoula, Montana. Our company plays a vital role in completing construction projects by performing site preparation, material handling, job site maintenance, and other construction activities necessary to keep projects safe, organized, and on schedule for our customers. Given the nature of our business, our operations experience a recurring seasonal increase in labor demand from November 1 through March 31. During this period, winter weather conditions create additional labor-intensive requirements on active construction projects. Snowfall, ice, freezing temperatures, and winter storms require continuous snow and ice removal, maintenance of safe access routes, material handling, job site cleanup, and constant site preparation so that construction activities can continue safely and efficiently. These winter conditions substantially increase the amount of manual labor required on each project compared to the rest of the year. The workload during these months is substantially greater than at any other time of the year and requires a temporary workforce that is dependable, physically capable, and able to perform outdoor work under adverse weather conditions. This increased demand is temporary in nature and directly related to the predictable seasonal weather patterns experienced each winter in the Missoula area. To meet this recurring seasonal demand, Sovereign Industrial Services LLC is seeking to employ 47 temporary Property Maintenance Workers from November 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. This timeframe reflects the duration of Missoulas winter season, when additional labor is required to support ongoing maintenance and construction-related activities while maintaining safe, productive, and efficient operations. The temporary workers will assist with general property maintenance duties including cleaning buildings and common areas, grounds maintenance, snow and ice removal, collecting debris, loading and unloading materials and equipment, moving supplies and materials, performing basic repairs, preparing work areas, operating basic hand and power tools, maintaining walkways and outdoor areas, and performing other manual labor tasks under the direct supervision of maintenance personnel. Workers may also assist construction crews by cleaning and organizing job sites, staging materials, and providing general labor support as needed. The position is labor-related in nature and does not require specialized skills, certification, or licensing. The use of H-2B temporary workers is essential to allow Sovereign Industrial Services LLC to fulfill its contractual obligations during the winter season, maintain safe and efficient operations, and respond to the substantial increase in seasonal maintenance and construction support demands. The need for these workers is temporary and will end when the winter season concludes and workload returns to normal. At the conclusion of the season, on March 31, 2027, the temporary workers will be released because the seasonal need for their services will no longer exist.
