Wilson Family LP is a hotel company incorporated in 2000 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Based in South Wellfleet, Massachusetts, Wilson Family LP operates Wilder Inn South Wellfleet, Outset Collection by Hilton (Wilder Inn), formerly known as Wellfleet Motel & Lodge. The Wilder Inn is a family-owned and operated Cape Cod resort motel that was originally built in 1968 as a fifteen (15)-unit motel and later expanded into the Wellfleet Motel & Lodge. In 1988, the predecessor property added forty (40) guestrooms and suites, an indoor pool, Harrigans Caf and Smoothie Bar, and a cocktail lounge, bringing the property to its current sixty-five (65)-room size. Under its new Hilton affiliation, the property now operates as Wilder Inn South Wellfleet, Outset Collection by Hilton, with sixty-five (65) rooms, two (2) floors, one (1) on-site restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, and guest amenities including free Wi-Fi, free parking, non-smoking rooms, and digital key access. Wilder Inn has a temporary need in that we employ permanent workers in the position of janitor on a regular basis as shown by our payroll records in Exhibit B; (2) we need to supplement our permanent staff on a temporary basis due to a short term, peak load demand created by the new year-round winter and early spring operation of Wilder Inn under its Hilton affiliation and by the concurrent property-wide renovation that creates a deep clean need at the premises at shown by Exhibit C and Exhibit D; and, (3) the temporary workers added between November and March will not become a part of our regular operations and they are meant to address certain specific janitorial and renovation clean-up projects while the hotel, for the first time, maintains guest occupancy and completes the PIP renovation.
