Work description
Workers duties will include but not limited to: driving tractors to prepare land for planting, harvesting sod, mowing, irrigation duties, mimor repair and maintenance to all farm equipment and vehicles, field sanitation duties, keeping the yard at the shop and house mowed, clean and free of debris, and any other general farm labor that may arise during the operation of a sod farm. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the employee to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described while working in extreme temperatures. Workers must abide by all work and safety rules.
