Work description

Worker will perform a variety of job duties under SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworker, Laborer such as and not limited to: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms for duties such as auguring grain, scooping grain, turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; Auger agricultural products into truck without over or under filling and drive to market or storage facilities; Must be able to work in dusty conditions inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment. Must speak and understand English.
