Work description

Yaadtz PA LLC is a hospitality staffing company providing housekeeping services to hotel client properties within the Pittsburgh, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The employer has a temporary, seasonal need for 12 full-time Housekeepers from October 1, 2026 through January 30, 2027, consistent with 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(6)(ii)(B)(2). The need is tied to the Pittsburgh region's recurring annual holiday and winter sports season, during which the employer's four client hotel properties experience their highest occupancy of the year, driven by Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins home games, the January NFL playoffs, Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday travel, Light Up Night, and the winter holiday market season. Regional hotel occupancy rises from approximately 50 percent in the off-season to approximately 80 percent during this period, and 88 to 93 percent on NFL game weekends, generating room-turnover and housekeeping demand the employer cannot meet through domestic recruitment alone. Based on the additional occupied rooms at each client property and a cleaning rate of 15 rooms per housekeeper per shift, the employer requires 6 additional Housekeepers at its primary client property and 2 at each of three supplemental properties, for a total of 12. This need is seasonal, predictably recurrent, and of limited duration: the sports schedules and holiday events driving the demand are fixed annually in advance and recur each year during the same October-through-January window. When the season concludes on January 30, 2027, hotel occupancy at the client properties returns to baseline levels, the elevated housekeeping demand subsides, and the temporary positions will no longer exist. The employer's need for these workers is confirmed by executed service agreements with each of its four client hotel properties committing to expanded housekeeping staffing throughout the seasonal period.
